Each job goes to whoever accepts first, and only they get the customer's details. It is never sold to five companies at once.
Decide in ten seconds
The offer says the trade, how urgent, the problem in a few words and roughly where. Reply YES to take it or NO to pass.
Pay only when you talked
Accepting costs nothing. A lead counts once you and the customer actually spoke: you reply DONE, the customer confirms, or nobody reports a problem within a day.
Nobody answers? No charge
Reply PROBLEM and we check with the customer. If they say nobody reached them, the lead is cleared and goes to the next pro.
